| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾复康胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对肾复康胶囊中益母草、土茯苓进行了定性鉴别。以芦丁为指标，运用高效液相法进行了含量测定。结果 平均回收率100．6％，RSD为0．98％。结论 用薄层色谱法鉴别土茯苓和益母草方法可行；用高效液相色谱法测定肾复康胶囊中的芦丁含量方法准确、重复性好；所建立的肾复康胶囊质量标准可以控制本品的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards of Shenfukang capsule.Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to qualitatively identify Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Herba Leonuri of Shenfukang capsule.The content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with rutin as index.Results The average recovery was 100.6%,and RSD was 0.98%.Conclusion It is feasible to identify Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Herba Leonuri by TLC.HPLC is accurate and reproducible to determine the content of rutin in Shenfukang capsule.The methods can be used to establish the quality standards in Shenfukang capsule. |
