孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的 观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果.方法 选择2011 ～2013年收治的支气管哮喘患者140例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组70例,两组患者均给予抗生素和氨茶碱常规治疗.对照组每天予氧气雾化吸入沙丁胺醇和布地奈德,7天为一个疗程.在对照组药物治疗的基础上,治疗组给予孟鲁司特钠10 mg口服,每晚睡前服用,疗程同对照组.结果 治疗1周后治疗组显效率为54.3％,总有效率为92.9％,对照组显效率为37.1％,总有效率为80.0％,治疗组显效率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者治疗后FEV1/FVC和PEF占预计值比等肺功能指标均优于治疗前（P＜0.01）,且治疗后治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘具有更好的临床疗效,值得临床广泛推广应用.

Observation of clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of momelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of bron- chial asthma.Methods 140 cases with bronchial asthma, who were admitted to hospital from 2011 to 2013 were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 70 eases in each group.Routine therapy including antibiotics and aminophylline were used in both groups.The control group were treated with salbutamal com- bined with budesonide by oxygen atomization inhalation, and based on which the treatment group were added with 10 mg of montelukast by oral administration every night before sleep.Both group were treated for 7 days.Results After treating for one week,the significant efficiency of the treatment group was 54-.3% and the total efficiency was 92.9% ,but those of the control group were 37.1% and 80.0%, respectively.The significant efficiency and the total efficiency of the former were significantly higher than those of the latter, so the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）.After treatment, both groups had better lung function indexes including FEV1/FVC and PEF than they had before treatment（ P〈O. 01 ）, and those of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0. 01 ）.Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide has better clinical effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma, which is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
