综合心理护理干预对抑郁症患者治疗效果的影响

目的 探讨综合心理护理干预对抑郁症患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2012年6月～2013年12月收治的96例抑郁症患者,随机分为两组,对照组48例,给予药物治疗和常规护理干预;观察组48例,在对照组基础上给予综合心理护理干预.治疗3个月后,观察两组患者临床疗效、抑郁情绪评分及生活质量.结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率为89.58％,明显高于对照组的68.75％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与护理干预前比较,两组患者护理干预后抑郁情绪评分均显著降低（P＜0.001）,且两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）;护理干预后两组生活质量评分均高于护理前（P＜0.01）,且观察组明显优于照组（P＜0.01）.结论 综合心理护理干预能够明显提高抑郁症患者治疗的临床疗效,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量,有助于促进患者早日康复.

Effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with depression

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with depression.Methods 96 patients with depression,who were admitted to our hospital from June, 2012 to December,2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group. The control group were given drug therapy and routine nursing intervention, based on which the observation group were given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention.Clinical effects, depression scores and quality of life of two groups were observed after 3 months of intervention.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58%, significantly higher than that（68.75%） of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The depression scores of both groups after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those before nursing（P〈0. 05） ,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance （ P〈O. 05） .The scores of life quality of both groups after nursing intervention were higher than those before treatment（ P〈O. 05）, and that of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical effect and life quality of patients with depression,improve the negative emotion and promote the recovery of patients.
