| 摘 要： | 目的 提高输尿管中下段结石的超声诊断率。方法 对输尿管中下段各狭窄部位进行重点扫查。结果 输尿管第三狭窄部（输尿管与男性输精管或女性阔韧带交叉处）结石１０例，第四狭窄部（输尿管进入膀胱壁外缘）结石３０例，第五狭窄部（输尿管的膀胱壁内段）结石３５例，其中位于膀胱壁肌层部１５例，出口部２０例。结论 通过上述方法。输尿管中下段结石能得到较好的显示，甚至在膀胱充盈不佳时，亦可能找到结石。

| Abstract: | Objective To increase the ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy of the calculus in the middle-lower ureter.Methods To lay stress on scanning the three stenotic points and four regions of the middle-lower uretre.Results 10,30,35 cases of calculus could be found in the 3rd,4th,5th stenotic region of ureter.There were 15 cases in the muscular layer of vesical wall,and 20 cases in the outlet of ureter.Conclusion By using new methods,the calculus of middle-lower ureter could be better displayed,even if the bladder was not filled enough. |
