30%本地泥土胃灌注对兔服百草枯血药浓度的影响

目的:探讨30%本地泥土不同时间胃灌注对服百草枯兔血药浓度的影响。方法:把大白兔随机分为4组,每组5只。本试验设计采用对比试验设计方法进行,按300mg/kg的百草枯对所有参试大白兔进行灌胃,分别在灌胃后10min和30min时按50ml/kg的标准,给予30%本地泥土(A、B)、清水(A-CK、B-CK)进行灌胃。结果:兔服百草枯10min后胃灌注30%本地泥土在不同时点测得兔血百草枯浓度明显低于清水组,差异有显著性;30min后胃灌注30%的本地泥土在不同时点测得兔血百草枯浓度低于清水组,但差异无显著性。结论:百草枯中毒后应尽早口服本地泥土,有一定的治疗作用。

The Effect of the Perfusion of 30% Local Soil on Blood Concentration of Rabbits Eating Paraquat

Objective:To analyze the effect of the perfusion of 30% local soil on paraquat blood concentration of rabbits eating parquet at different time.Method:Rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (5in each group).This design used contrasting experiments.All rabbits were perfused with 300mg/kg of paraquat.After 10minutes and 30minutes,we respectively perfusd the rabbits with 30% local soil (A,B)and water(A-CK,B-CK)with the standard of 50ml/kg.Results:The paraquat blood concentration of the rabbits,which have had perfusion of 30% local soil 10minutes after eating paraquat was obviously lower than that of the rabbits perfused with water at different time.And the difference is significant.However,the paraquat blood concentration of the rabbits,which have had perfusion of 30% local soil 30minutes after eating paraquat was still lower than that of the rabbits perfused with water at different time.But there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Taking local soil after paraquat intoxication soon has certain curative effect.
