阿立哌唑对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨阿立哌唑对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将80例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组(阿立哌唑治疗)和对照组(舒必利治疗),每组各40例,观察8周。用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)分别评定临床疗效和不良反应,用世界卫生组织生活质量量表(QOL-100)评定患者生活质量的变化。结果:PANSS评分两组自治疗2周末开始较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);同期比较,两组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2周末、4周末及8周末TESS评分观察组明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.01);QOL-100评分,两组除精神支柱因子外,其他各因子积分治疗后均较治疗前显著上升;第8周末,除独立性领域和精神支柱2因子外,其他各因子积分观察组较对照组上升(P<0.05～0.01)。不良反应观察组总发生率为30%(12/40)明显低于对照组70%(28/40)(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗老年精神分裂症疗效好,与舒必利相当,但不良反应少而轻微,对患者生活质量的改善更为显著。

Effect of aripiprazole on life quality of senile schizophrenia patients

Objective： To explore the effect on of aripiprazole on life quality of senile schizophrenia patients. Methods： All 80 patients with senile schizophrenia diagnosed according to CCMD-3 criteria were randomly divided into two groups： observation group treated with aripiprazole and control group with sulpiride for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effect, respectively. And improvement of patients＇ life quality was assessed by WHO Quality of Life-100（QOL 100 ）. Results： After treatment scores of PANSS in two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）. Comparing to control group, TESS score in observation group significantly decreased at the end of the 2nd, the 4th and the 8th week（P〈 0.01）. QOL-100 showed all scores except psychological factor significantly increased after treatment, and at the end of the 8th week, all were higher than those of control group except independent and psychological factors （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse effect in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions. Aripiprazole is as effective as sulpiride in treatment of the senile patients with schizophrenia. Moreover, it is much safer, and of fewer side effect. It can significantly improve patients＇ life quality.
