中药离子导入配合超短波治疗原发性痛经45例

目的：观察中药离子导入配合超短波治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将90例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用中药离子导入配合超短波治疗,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率为53.3%,总有效率97.8%;对照组治愈率为22.2%,总有效率77.8%,两组治愈率及有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药离子导入配合超短波治疗原发性痛经疗效显著。

45 Cases of Patients with Primary Dysmenorrheal Treated with Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis Combined with Ultrashort Wave

Objeetive：To observe the clinical effeets of primary dysmenorrhea treated with Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with Ultrashort Wave. Methods ：90 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine iontnphoresis combined with Uhrashort Wave. While the ones in the control group were given brufen slow - released capsule for oral administralion. Resuhs：The curing rate of the treatment group was 53.3% ,and its total effective rate was 97.8% ;While the curing rate of the control group was 22.2% , and its total effective rate was 77.8%. The differences between the two groups had statistieal significance（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with uhrashort wave has good curative effect in treatingprimary dysmenorrhea.
