| 摘 要： | 为探讨纤维连接蛋白在口腔扁平苔藓发病中的作用，作者采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化技术，并结合图像分析及放射免疫测定技术，检测了３０例口腔扁平苔藓患者病变组织和唾液中纤维连结蛋白的变化。结果显示：此种患者病变组织中纤维连结蛋白含量虽未发生明显改变，但分布形式有变化；患者唾液中纤维连结蛋白呈低水平趋势。推测口腔扁平苔藓时，病变组织的上皮细胞产生的纤维连结蛋白向外分泌发生了障碍，疾病的反复发作和糜烂的迁延不愈很可能与纤维连结蛋白的变化有关。

| Abstract: | Bymeansofimmunohistochemistry(ABC),morphometricanalysisandradioim-munoassay,thechangesoffibronectininsalivaandtissuesin30patientswithorallichenplanuswereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatedthatthedistributionformsoffibronectinhadchangedbeforethequantitychanged.Fibronectinlevelwaslowerinsalivaoforallichenplanuspatientswhencomparedwithnormalcontrolgroup.Weestimatedthatfibronectinmayplayanimportantroleinoccurrenceanddeve-lopmentoftheorallichenplanus.Therecurentandunhealerosionmayberelatedtothechangesoffibronectin. |
