| 摘 要： | 目的探讨诺和锐30特充治疗糖尿病合并肺结核的临床效果。方法178例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者随机分为两组，诺和锐30特充组90例，口服降糖药组88例；所有病例在常规化疗（2HREZ／7HRE）基础上，通过控制饮食以及降糖治疗。结果治疗2个月末诺和锐30特充组痰菌阴转率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且病灶吸收有效率（P〈0．01）和空洞闭合情况有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；诺和锐30组尤严重低血糖事件。结论诺和锐30特充治疗糖尿病合并肺结核患者痰菌阴转率高，病灶吸收和空洞闭合快，副作用少。
