社区卫生服务中开展“治未病”工作的新模式探索

目的为彰显中医药特色优势，拓宽服务领域，积极开展社区“治未病”工作。方法从工作原则、服务内容等方面进行有效探索。结果该工作的总原则要做到三个结合，即与“六位一体”服务相结合、与中医药适宜技术推广应用相结合、与健康信息建设相结合；在工作内容上，要逐步健全“治未病”工作的组织机构，不断完善服务平台建设，积极开展人员业务培训，强化健康教育，开展体质辨识服务，建立覆盖全社区居民的“健康状态信息库”。结论社区“治未病”工作要分步骤、分阶段逐步展开，不断进行评估总结，努力构建有中医特色的社区预防保健服务模式。

Probe on new mode of ＂Prevention Treatment of Disease＂ in community health service

Objective To manifest characteristic superiority of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）and expand service field,to carry out active prevention of disease. Method Effective exploration was made on working principles and service content etc. Results General principle of the work is to achieve integration of three items, they were integrated with service of ＂six in one＂ , integrated with popularized application of suitable skills of TCM and to combine with establishment of health information; As for work contents, organization of work of ＂Prevention Treatment of Disease＂ should be perfected gradually and service platform construction should be improved continuously, to develop professional training actively for staffs and to intensify health education, to carry out constitution identifying service and to establish ＂bank of heath status information＂ for whole community residents. Conclusion The work of ＂Prevention Treatment of Disease＂ in community should be unfolded gradually and sepa rated in different steps and periods, to continuously evaluate and appraise and make efforts to construct service mode of community health care with characteristics of TCM.
