| 摘 要： | [目的]了解护理本科生自我结构特点及对人生意义的态度,探讨二者之间的相关性.[方法]使用自我结构量表和中文人生意义问卷对护理专业一年级~四年级152名本科生进行调查.[结果]护理本科生依赖自我结构评分显著高于独立自我结构评分,二者在护理本科生中共存;二年级护理本科生依赖自我结构的评分显著低于三、四年级(P＜0.05);在独立自我结构评分中,一、二年级显著低于三、四年级(P＜0.05);不同年级护理本科生在人生意义寻求和人生意义体验评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理本科生人生意义评分处于中等水平;依赖自我结构与人生意义寻求呈正相关(r=0.296),独立自我结构人生意义体验呈正相关,(r=0.315).[结论]应充分利用护理本科生依赖自我结构对于集体的认同性,发挥护理队伍的团队优势;针对护理本科生对人生意义追寻的需求,给予恰当的指导,实现人生意义的良好定位与学业、工作的相互协调.
