| 摘 要： | [目的]研究社区老年原发性高血压病人动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)的影响因素.[方法]选择王顶堤社区医院门诊就诊的95例老年原发性高血压病人,采用一般社会人口学资料调查、24 h动态血压监测并计算动态动脉硬化指数,比较不同特征人群AASI的差异,分析影响AASI的因素.[结果]Pearson相关分析结果显示AASI与BMI、日间收缩压、24 h收缩压、日间脉压、24 h脉压及日舒张压变异之间相关性有统计学意义;多因素Logistic回归分析显示AASI影响因素有24 h舒张压变异及日间收缩压.[结论]AASI受24 h舒张压变异、日间收缩压的影响.
