血清总胆汁酸与谷丙转氨酶测定的临床评价

血清中胆汁酸水平和谷丙转氨酶都是较为灵敏的肝功能指标。血清胆汁酸(TBA)是反映肝实质损伤的一项重要指标。而谷丙转氨酶(ALT)是肝细胞受损后首先能检出的肝功能异常指标之一,两者之间有密切联系。本文用先进的全自动生化分析仪对230例健康体检者和住院病人进行TBA和ALT的测定,结果表明;急性肝炎和慢性肝炎病人,TBA和ALT两者阳性率都很高。而肝硬化病人TBA明显增高,ALT却不高或无明显异常。初步表明:同时测定TBA和ALT对肝硬化的诊断和病情观察有一定的应用价值。

Evaluation of Determination of Serum Total Bile Acid and Alanine aminotransferase

Serum total bile acid(TBA) is an important index of hepatic parenchymatous liver, and Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) is one of indexes in detecting the abnormity of hepatic function. There is a strong relationship between them. Determination of TBA and ALT was made in 230 healthy persons and in-patients using biochemical analysis instrument. Results showed that the positive rate of both TBA and ALT was higher in patients with acute hepatitis and chronic hepatitis. TBA was significantly increased in cirrhosis patients, whereas ALT remained normal in them. It is suggested that simuta- neous determination of TBA and GPT is of some value to the diagnosis of cirrhosis and observation of patients condition.
