| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)在脊柱病变中的适用价值。方法:采用GE LightSpeed Plus4排螺旋CT机,获取薄层轴位图像后,在工作站上采用多平面重组的方法进行二维和三维图像重建,需要手术内固定的病例,在轴位像上测量椎弓根后缘至椎体前缘的长度。结果:本组80例病人经MSCT检查,其中椎体粉碎性骨折42例,碎骨块嵌入椎管26例,附件骨折12例,软组织血肿8例。手术50例,术前均测量所需固定螺钉的长度。结论:MSCT能够准确诊断脊柱外伤的各种病变,并可判定脊柱受损程度,了解椎管内情况。同时还可帮助临床制定手术方案。
