线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血模型不同类型神经功能缺损特点的研究

摘    要:目的分析线栓法大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)制作大鼠脑缺血模型的类型及不同类型的神经功能缺损情况。方法 150只雄性SD大鼠参照Zea-Longa线栓法造模,术后24 h行MR扫描,根据扫描结果将大鼠分成皮质梗死组(CIG)、皮质下梗死组(SIG)及无梗死组(NIG)3组,分析造模术后1 h及24 h的行为学表现。结果 CIG组与SIG组的神经功能缺损在MCAO1h后均与NIG组有统计学差异(P<0.01),而在24 h后CIG组的神经功能缺陷程度明显大于SIG组(P<0.01),但是SIG组大鼠的神经功能缺陷程度与NIG组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),而在SIG组中1h后与24h后比较神经功能缺损差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论线栓法MCAO制作大鼠脑缺血模型的不同类型所表现的神经功能缺损特点不一样,皮层下梗死在24h内可自行恢复。
