| 摘 要： | 目的观察天麻通脑饮治疗脑梗死痰瘀阻络证的临床疗效。方法将138例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(69例)和对照组(69例),对照组给予常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服天麻通脑饮,21d后观察患者临床疗效及NIHSS评分、Barthel指数变化,记录不良反应。结果治疗组有效率(92.7%)高于对照组(76.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第14、21天2组NIHSS评分较治疗前显著降低、Barthel指数较治疗前显著增高(P均<0.01);且治疗第21天时治疗组NIHSS评分较对照组显著降低、Barthel指数较对照组显著增高(P均<0.01)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论天麻通脑饮治疗脑梗死痰瘀阻络证有较好的临床疗效。
