| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨DR胸部X线片的临床应用及使用中维护。方法：对2009年9月-2010年9月使用DR系统胸部摄影进行统计和影像质量评测。结果：1000张胸部平片中,甲级片928张（92.8%）,乙级片40张（4%）,丙级片27（2.7%）,废片5张（0.5%）。结论：数字摄影系统成像质量好,可根据临床需要进行各种影像特性后处理,在胸部摄影中具有充分显示肺组织结构的能力,为肺部疾病的诊断提供有价值的影像依据。
