| 摘 要： | 目的总结平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效,并分析不良反应的构成及对策。方法回顾分析2003年1月—2010年6月采用平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗的颌面部静脉畸形患者227例241处瘤体,统计其疗效及不良反应。结果经过0.5～6年随访,治愈率为76.8%(185/241),好转14.5%(35/241),总有效率为91.3%。平均治疗次数为3次。发生不良反应19例(8.4%),其中发热11例,口腔黏膜溃疡3例,局部组织萎缩2例,注射部位组织坏死形成瘢痕愈合1例,过敏反应及晕厥各1例。结论平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的疗效好,疗程短,是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。
