云南省西双版纳发热病人血清虫媒病毒抗体调查

用11种蚊媒病毒抗原并采用间接ELISA法对云南西双版纳地区采集的120份发热病人血清进行检测，结果乙型脑炎、登革3型、登革4型、基孔肯雅、辛德毕斯、贝巴鲁（Bebaru)、雪鞋野兔（Snowshoe hare)和巴泰（Batai)病毒抗体的阳性率依次为7.50%、5.00%、1.67%、3.33%、2.50%、1.67%、5.00%和4.17%，未查到寨卡（Zika)、合并地1型和登革2型病毒抗体，表明该地不仅存在乙型脑炎、登革热3型和4型、辛德毕斯、基孔肯雅病毒，还可能存在甲病毒属的贝巴鲁病毒，布尼安病毒科的雪鞋野兔和巴泰病毒。

Investigation on Arboviruses Antibodies of Patients with Fever in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province

sera of the fever case in the Xishuangbanna area were detected with 11 species ar- boviruses antigen by ELISA in July, 1990. The antibodies of JE, Den-3, Den-4, CHIK, SIN, Bebaru, Snowshoe hare and Batai virus were positive. The antibodies of Zika, Den-1 .and Den-2 virus hadn't been found. The antibodies of Bebaru virus of Alphavirus.Snowshoe hare virus and Batai virus of Bunyaviridae were found for the first time. The results suggested that the three species arboviruses will probably be found in the area in future.
