| 摘 要： | 目的:观察臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:80例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部行肩周痛点阻滞或肩关节腔内注射,对照组仅复方曲安奈德行肩周痛点阻滞或肩关节腔内注射。比较治疗前和治疗1、4、12周时两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),12周时评价肩关节功能。结果:治疗1、4、12周时,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。12周时观察组患者肩关节功能改善的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部注射治疗肩周炎,镇痛效果满意,肩关节功能恢复良好。
