摘    要:目的 :探索影响高血压脑出血术后预后的因素。方法 :对 68例高血压脑出血患者根据不同年龄 ,出血部位 ,血肿量 ,入院时意识情况和入院时血糖水平分组。然后分析这些因素与预后的关系。结果 :老年组死亡率明显高于较年轻组 (p <0 .0 1)。丘脑出血并破入脑室 ,脑干出血死亡率明显高于其它组。患者血肿量越大 ,死亡率越高。入院时意识障碍程度越深死亡率越高。入院时血糖大于 1 1 .6mmol/L组死亡率明显高入院时血糖低于 1 1 .6mmol/L组。结论 :年龄 ,出血部位 ,血肿量 ,入院时意识情况和入院时血糖水平等因素是影响高血压脑出血术后预后的重要因素

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influences factors of the postoperation prognosis in patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage.Method: The 68 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into several group according to age, regions of Hemorrhage, amount of Hemorrhage, blood sugar level and consciousness obstructive level when they entry hospital. Then analyse the relation between these factors and prognosis . Result: The mortation of aged group was higher than the young group(p<0.01). The mortation of Hematoma in Thalamus with intraventricular and in brainstem were higher than other. The mortation was higher in the group that patient' amount of Hemorrhge was larger. In the group that patient' consciousness obstructive level when they entry hospital was severe, the mortation was increase. The mortation of the group (BS>11.6mmol/L) was higher than other group (BS<11.6mmol/L). Conclusion: Age, regions of hemorrhage, amount of hemorrhage, blood sugar level and consciousness obstructive level were important factor that effect the postoperation mortation in patient with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
