| 摘 要： | 为了探讨肺叶袖状切除和肺动脉成形术治疗支气管肺癌的疗效,回顾性总结支气管肺癌手术33例,其中28例单纯行支气管袖状肺叶切除成形术。结果:随访30例,2、5年生存率分别为63·3%(19/30)、36·7%(11/30)。初步研究结果提示,肺叶袖状切除和肺动脉成形术治疗支气管肺癌既可切除肿瘤,又能最大限度保留正常肺组织,改善患者的生存质量,远期疗效良好。

| Abstract: | To explore the clinic vale of sleeve lobectomy and angioplasty of crue bronchial lung cancer. There were 33 cases with age from 28 to 74 years old. Twenty-eight cases were treated sleeve lobectomy only. The 2-year survival rates of the whole group were 63.3%(19/30), 5-year survival rates of the whole group were 36.7%(11/30). In conclusion, the use of sleeve lobectomy and angioplasty in the treatment of bronchial lung cancer not only can excis tumors but also can keep normal tissue, it also can prlong the survival rates and get better clinical benefit response. |
