84消毒液杀灭嗜肺军团菌及其影响因素的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究84例消毒液杀灭嗜肺军菌效果及其影响因素。方法:应用悬液定量杀菌试验观察84消毒液溶液对嗜肺军团菌的杀灭作用及温度,pH值,有机物对其杀菌效果的影响。以空气人工喷菌消毒试验观察84消毒液气雾对空气中嗜肺军团菌的杀灭作用。结果:有效氯含量250mg/L,500mg/L84消毒液溶液对嗜肺军团菌作用1min杀灭率为100%,有效氯含量500mg/L,100mg/L84消毒液溶液分别对哮肺军团菌作用10min,5min,杀灭率均为100%,杀菌作用随温度升高,pH值降低而增强,因有机物存在而减弱,有效氯含量3mg/L的84消毒液气雾对空气中嗜肺军团菌作用40min,杀灭率为100%,结论:84消毒液可杀灭水环境和空气中的嗜肺军团菌。

Abstract:Objective:To study the bactericidal efficacy and influencing factors of 84 disinfectant to Legionella pneumophila.Methods:The solution quantitative germicidal test was perfomed to observe the germicidal efficacy of Legionella pneumophila as well as the role of temperature,pH and organic substances.To observe the bactericidal efficacy of 84 disinfectant aerosol to Legionella pneumophila indinfect experiment of air by artificial nebulize.Results:It showed that the killing rate of Legionella pneumophila was 100% when the effective chorine was 250mg/L and 500mg/L lasted 1min.The same results was got when the effective chorine was 50mg/L lasted 10min and 100mg/L lasted 5min,respectively.The bactericidal efficacy was enhanced with the up of temperature and down of pH.The efficacy was lowed with organic substances.It showed that the killing rate to Legionella pneumophila was 100% when the effective chorine was 3mg/L lasted 40min.Conclusion:84 disinfectant can kill the Legionella pneumophila in water and air.
