深圳市龙岗区突发公共卫生事件应急培训效果评价

目的评价深圳市龙岗区突发公共卫生事件应急培训的效果。方法对2009年参加深圳市龙岗区举办的全区卫生系统应急培训班学员相关测试资料进行统计分析。结果162名培训学员中，98．2％的学员认为本次应急培训的意义重要，97．3％的学员认为举办培训班非常必要，通过培训，80％以上的学员对培训内容的掌握程度有提高。调查对象认为应急培训对处理疫情的作用效果好和效果一般的占93．8％。结论应急培训对处理突发公共卫生事件的作用是十分有效的，加强应急培训对有效处理疫情是十分必要的。
