| 摘 要： | MLN4924可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、衰老、细胞自噬抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、浸润、转移,其可抑制肿瘤血管生成并能增强肿瘤对放疗、化疗的敏感性,发挥良好的抗肿瘤效应.

| Abstract: | MLN4924 can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor by inducing tumor cells apoptosis,senescence and autophagy,which can inhibit tumor angiogenesis and enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Therefore,MLN4924 plays a good anti-tumor effect. |
