| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)是叶酸代谢的关键酶,近年来许多研究显示其基因多态性与结直肠癌的发病率、相关抗肿瘤药物的疗效及预后相关,但结论尚不完全一致,有待更多临床研究证实.

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies in the world.Methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme of folate metabolism process.In recent years,many studies indicate that MTHFR polymorphisms are significantly associated with the morbidity,response to chemotherapy and prognosis of CRC,but conclusions are inconsistent and remain to be further confirmed. |
