问题式教学法在中医内科学教学实践的探索

摘    要:在中医内科学教学中引入基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL),分析以学生为主体的教学思路与方法,选择典型的临床病案进行情境设计,对病案进行阶段分层,逐渐释放疾病信息,在引导学生发散思维的同时,整合基础理论知识,运用适当的方法确立诊断,并制定合理的治疗方案.结果显示,PBL教学法可引起学生广泛的兴趣,培养学生查阅文献、积极思考、大胆探索的能力,是以培养中医临床诊疗思维为目的 教学方法 .

Abstract:To explore and discuss the teaching effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method on the traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine. It emphasized that taking the student as the main body of teaching, and designing the situation for typical clinical medical records, which included stratifing the medical records, gradually releasing the records' information, guiding the students' divergent thinking, help students with the integration of the basic knowledge establish diagnosis and lastly offering the appropriate and rational treatment. It stimulated and interested the students with searching literature, giving positive thinking, and improving the exploration ability. The PBL showed a different view from the case discussion teaching method, and was proved to be a good teaching method for TCM internal medicine.
