摘    要:目的探讨临床路径在早期老年血管性痴呆患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择120例早期老年血管性痴呆住院患者,随机分为实验组60例和对照组60例。实验组患者按健康教育路径进行系统、规范的指导,对照组按照护理常规进行健康教育。结果两组患者对老年血管性痴呆早期表现的认知,健康教育前后认知率比较P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义;对导致血管性痴呆常见病因,健康教育前后认知率比较P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论采用健康教育路径对早期老年血管性痴呆患者进行相关知识的指导,能提高早期老年痴呆患者对相关知识的认知。对早期介入治疗、提高生活质量有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore application results on the clinical pathway in health education of patients with early vascular Alzheimer's disease. Methods 120 patients were randomization divided into the experimental group (60 cases) and the control group (60 casees). The experimental group patients accepted regular and systemic health education according to the clinical pathway, and the control group patients accepted conventional heatlh educaiton. Results The cognitive performances percentage of two groups to the early manifestationes and causes of the disease compared with before and after health education were very significant differences (P〈0.01). Conclusion The health education according to the clinical pathway could improve the patients' awareness to relevant knowledges of early Alzheimer's disease, and had important functiones to early intervention treatment to the patient and enhancing life quality of them.
