蕈样肉芽肿患者HLA-DR、LFA-1、ICAM-1、CD4和CD8抗原的表达

目的:探讨蕈样肉芽肿(MF)患者外周血淋巴细胞和皮损中人白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR)、淋巴细胞功能相关抗原1(LFA-1)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、分化群抗原4、8(CD4、CD8)抗原表达及其意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪和免疫组化技术检测15例MF患者的外周血和皮损HLA-DR、LFA-1、ICAM-1、CD4、CD8抗原的表达并与正常人相比较。结果:MF患者外周血HLA-DR 、LFA-1 及ICAM-1 淋巴细胞比正常对照增高(P均<0.01);MF患者外周血CD4 淋巴细胞较正常对照下降(P<0.001);MF患者皮损中HLA-DR 细胞、CD4 细胞、CD8 细胞及LFA-1 、ICAM-1 细胞的表达均比正常对照增高。结论:MF患者外周血淋巴细胞和皮损HLA-DR和LFA-1、ICAM-1、CD4、CD8抗原表达普遍存在异常,与MF的发病密切相关。

Expressions of HLA-DR,LFA-1,ICAM-1,CD4,and CD8 in patients with mycosis fungoides

Objective:To investigate the expressions of human leukocyte antigen-DR(HLA-DR),lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1(LFA-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),CD4,and CD8 in patients with mycosis fungoides(MF)and the significance.Methods:The expressions of HLA-DR,LFA-1,ICAM-1,CD4,and CD8 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of MF patients and normal controls were determined by flow cytometry and immunohistochemical method.Results:The percentages of lymphocytes positive for HLA-DR,LFA-1,and ICAM-1 in the peripheral blood of MF patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01),and the percentage of lymphocytes positive for CD4 in the peripheral blood of MF patients was significantly lower(P<0.001).The numbers of cells positive for HLA-DR,LFA-1,ICAM-1,CD4,and CD8 in the skin lesions of MF patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls.Conclusion:Abnormal expressions of HLA-DR,LFA-1,ICAM-1,CD4,and CD8 in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of MF patients are closely correlated with the occurrence of MF.
