超声动态三维重建在房,室间隔缺损诊断中的临床应用

摘    要:对31例房间隔缺损(ASD),17例室间隔缺损(VSD)患者进行超声动态三维重建研究,评价该技术对ASD、VSD的诊断价值。结果表明:动态三维重建可从多个角度和方向,甚至模拟手术路径立体显示在体ASD和VSD的形态、部位和相对大小,及它们和邻近解剖结构间的关系;立体显示合并症的病变特征。结果在27例患者获手术证实。该27例患者中,三维重建纠正了1例ASD患者和1例VSD的多平面经食管两维超声诊断,补充了2例ASD患者的多平面经食管两维超声诊断。证明了它的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Thirty one patients with atrial septal defect (ASD) and seventeen patients with ventricular septal defect (VSD) were studied by dynamic three dimensional voxel imaging (3 D) to evaluate its diagnostic potential in clinics. The results showed that all the patients tolerated well, and forty five patients were successfully studied. The defects were delineated objectively from many unique directions and angles that would not be available with other current techniques, even simulated intraoperative visualization, in which the ASD were viewed from right atrium and VSD from right ventricle. 3 D studies had been confirmed at operation in 27 patients. The site, size, geometry of defect and its relation to nearby structures could be well appraised in their nature. Of the 27 patients, 3 D studies corrected 2 diagnoses in 2 patients and completed 2 diagnoses in another 2 patients made by multiple transesophageal echocardiography.
