Discussion on the quarantine work about import of solid waste

Objective This paper tries to explore the importance of solid waste and quarantine work. Methods This paper starts from the port work reality, explores the reasons of imported solid waste quarantine problems, enumerates typical cases, analyzes its potential risks, and covers most angles. Results Aiming at the problems existing in the import of solid waste and quarantine work, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the inspection of imported wastes by improving on-site inspection, fumigation effect assessment, training of employees and so on.
