参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察附:62例病例分析

目的观察参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(气虚阳微证)的临床疗效.方法对62例充血性心力衰竭患者,在同样采用休息、低盐和利尿强心药物的基础上,治疗组32例采用参附注射液治疗,对照组30例采用多巴酚丁胺治疗,并对照观察2组的疗效.同时,还观察了治疗组治疗前后自身血压的变化和治疗前后T3、T4 、皮质醇的变化.结果治疗组与对照组比较,其总体疗效之差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组自身对照,其治疗前后血压和、T3、T4及皮质醇水平之差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论参附注射液能较好地改善充血性心力衰竭患者的症状和心功能,其疗效优于多巴酚丁胺.此外参附注射液还具有升高患者血压,提高其甲状腺激素和皮质醇水平的作用.

Clinical Observation on Congestive Heart Failure Treated with Shen-fu Injection: Attachment Report of 62 Cases

Objective: To explore the curative effect on congestive heart failure treated with Shen fu injection. Methods: 62 cases of congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group and Shen fu injection and dobutamine were used respectively in these two groups.Result:There was significant difference between the treat group and control group( P<0 05)in the total effective rate. And there was significant difference between before and after treatment( P<0 05) in the change of blood pressure and the level of T 3,T 4 and cortosol of the patients of treated group. Conclusion: Shen fu injection has the effect of improving the cardiac function and can raising blood pressure and the level of thyroid hormone and cortosol.
