| 摘 要： | 为了研究胃癌浸渍转移的机理，应用免疫组化方法，选择抗Ｐ＾５３蛋白产物抗体Ｐａｂ１８０１检测１４例胃癌手术切除标本新鲜冰冻切片中Ｐ＾５３蛋白产物的表达，发现阳性率为４２．８％，仅在肿瘤细胞核上表达，并有异质性表达。Ｐ＾５３阳性与淋巴结转移密切相关。因此Ｐａｂ１８０１可以作为胃癌转移的标志物。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the mechanisms of gastric carcinoma invasion and matastasis using immunohistochemistry (ABC Pah 1801method). the expression and distribution of P53 gene product in 14 specimens of gastric carcinoma crystal sections of fresh specimens had been studied. Six of the carcinoma (42. 8%) showed positive staining that is confined to neoplastic nuclei; but its expression was heterogeneous. The postivity was correlated with the lymph node metastasis. Therefore P53 is a valuable marker forevaluating gastric carcinoma metastasis. |
