| 摘 要： | 用生物活性测定法对３５例寻常型银屑病患者和２５例正常人外击血单核细胞产生白细胞介素６的能力及其血清水平进行了测定，并对其相关性进行了分析。结果：患者外周血中单核细胞产生ＳＩＬ－６Ｒ的能力及其水平高于正常人，ＰＢＭＣ产生ＳＩＬ－６Ｒ的能力与其血清水平呈正相关。

| Abstract: | We detected the ability of peripheral blood mononuelear cells (PBMC)producing SIL-6R and the sera level of SIL-6R of 35 cases of patients withporiasis vulgaris and 25 cases of normal human beings by the method of bi-oactivity.The results showed that the ability of PMBC producing SIL and thesera level of SIL-6R in patients with pscoriasis were higher than thenormal.The ability of PBMC producing SIL-6R had positive relative.It suges-ted that the patients cellular immunity function had imbalance.The level ofSIL-6R in serum probably have relative to the ability of PBMC producingSIL-6R.SIL-6R probably have participate the pathologic process of psoriasisvulgaris in some way. |
