| 摘 要： | 对118例留置中心静脉导管的多汗癌症病人实施护理，主要方法有做好心理护理和健康教育、选择合适敷料固定导管、勤换药、应用先锋霉素粉剂外敷穿刺点及做好饮食指导等，效果满意。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors reported their experience in caring 118 hyperhidrosis cancer patients with central venous catheter, including performance of mental care and health education, selection of proper dressing to fix the catheter, frequent alteration of dressing and external administration of cephalothin on the puncture point and instruction of diets, which for all achieved comfortable effect. |
