| 摘 要： | 槟榔碱为M-受体兴奋药,具有明显促进豚鼠离体回肠自发性收缩作用,且呈剂量依赖性关系。槟榔碱促进离体肠收缩幅度的作用明显,而对收缩频率的影响很小。以每日槟榔碱95.2mg/kg给小鼠灌胃,连续观察7d无异常,其剂量是临床人体用量的13.8倍。

| Abstract: | Arecoline is a muscarine-cholinergic receptoi-stimulant. It has shown that Arecoline significantly enhances spontaneous contraction of isolated ileum in guinea pigs, and appear dose-effect dependence relationship. The effect of Arecoline on enchancing the contraction amplitude of isolated ileum is significant, but is little on the contraction frequency. 95.2 mg/kg p.o.of Arecoline continuously for 7 days had no adverse effect in mice. This dosage is 13.8 times of clinical dosage in human beings. |
