超声造影方法的再探讨

摘    要:目的探讨造影剂(Sono Vue)和与之相匹配的对比脉冲系列成像技术(CPS)在超声造影(contrast—enhanced uhrasonography)中的方法。方法对不同的造影部位及不同造影目的采用了不同的造影参数设置。结果84例患者除1例注射时刺破血管造成造影剂外渗影响造影效果外,其余83例效果满意。超声造影检查对肿块定性诊断的准确率优于CT、MRI,心肌灌注检查为临床提供方便、可靠的无创方法。结论应根据使用的造影剂和成像技术及造影目的设置相应的造影参数。

Abstract:Objective To study the methodolgy of SonoVue and its matching contrast pulse sequencing on contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Methods Different parameters were set according to the different parts and different imaging purpose in contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Results Satisfying results were observed in 84 cases except one case of SonoVue leakaging due to penetrat the vessel. Accuracy of contrast-enhanced uhrasonography was prior to CT, MRI to diagnose tumor. Myocardiac perfusion examination was convenient and a reliable non-invasive approach for clinic. Conclusion Corresponding parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography should be set according to the purpose,imaging technology and application of SonoVue.
