某些表皮肿瘤中CDK4、P16表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

目的:探讨CDK4、P16在某些表皮肿瘤中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用ABC免疫组化技术观察48例皮肤鳞状细胞癌、41例基底细胞癌和15例角化棘皮瘤中CDK4、P16的表达。结果:鳞状细胞癌中CDK4表达明显高于基底细胞癌及角化棘皮瘤(P<0.01,P<0.05),P16表达则相反(P<0.05)。二者的表达在基底细胞癌与角化棘皮瘤之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。CDK4在高分化鳞状细胞癌中的表达明显低于低分化者(P<0.05),在低分化及伴有淋巴结转移的鳞状细胞癌中P16表达明显下调(P<0.05),二者的表达与患者的性别、年龄、发病部位及病程无关(P>0.05)。结论:P16表达减少和CDK4表达增加可能参与皮肤癌的发生、发展和转移。

Expression of CDK4 and P16 and its relation to clinicopathological characteristics in some epidermal tumors

Objective: To determine the expression of CDK4 and P16 and its relation to the clinicopathological characteristics in some epidermal tumors. Methods: Expression of CDK4 and P16 was measured by ABC immunohistochemical technique in 48 squamous cell carcinomas (SCC), 41 basal cell carcinomas (BCC) and 15 keratoacanthomas (KA). Results: There were significantly more CDK4 and less P16 in SCC than in BCC and KA (P< 0.05,P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the density of CDK4 and P16 staining between BCC and KA (P> 0.05). CDK4 expression in highly differentiated SCC was lower than that in poorly differentiated SCC (P< 0.05), whereas P16 down expression was associated with less differentiation and lymph node metastasis in SCC. Expression of CDK4 and P16 was not correlated with sex, tumor site and course in SCC (P>0.05). Conclusion: P16 down expression and CDK4 over expression could be involved in the development, progression and metastasis of epidermal tumors.
