舒肝泻火法治疗早搏伴焦虑症状临床研究

目的：观察舒肝泻火法治疗过早搏动伴有焦虑症状的临床疗效。方法：72例伴有焦虑症状的早搏患者，随机分为试验组36例和对照组36例，治疗组口服以舒肝泻火为法的中药合剂，对照组口服心律平加佳乐定，4周为一疗程。观察中医症状疗效、早搏疗效、焦虑症状疗效。结果：中药合剂在改善焦虑情绪方面明显优于西药（P〈0．05）。二者改善早搏无显著性差异（P〉0．05），组内比较早搏治疗前后均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：舒肝泻火法能够改善焦虑症状，减少早搏的发生。

Clinical Study on Premature Accompanied with Anxiety Symptom Treated by Smoothing Liver and Purging Fire Method

Objective：To study the clinical effect of smoothing the liver and removing the heartfire in treatment of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder. Methods：seventy patients of premature beat accompanied anxiety disorder were randomly assigned to two groups,36patients in treatment group were treated with herbs of smoothing the liver and removing the heartfire and 36 in control group treated with Rytmonorm and Alprazolam, The treatment course was 4 weeks. To observe the symptom efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,holter,Hamilton anxiety rating scale （HAMA） before and after treatment. Result ： smoothing the liver and removing the heartfire showed a significant effect on improving of anxiety disorder in treatment group superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Results ： smoothing the liver and removing the hearffire can reduce the quantity of total premature beat, improve the anxiety disorder.
