乌司他丁治疗胰腺炎的疗效分析

目的:评价乌司他丁对胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:68例胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例(急性23例,慢性7例),对照组38例(急性29例,慢性9例)。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用乌司他丁20万u/d静脉滴注,持续10d。结果:急性胰腺炎患者应用乌司他丁后,症状、体征的缓解及血尿淀粉酶的恢复明显早于对照组,总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);慢性胰腺炎患者治疗组也优于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎有较好疗效,可作为急性胰腺炎的有效治疗措施之一,对慢性胰腺炎的疗效有待进一步研究。

The Clinical Effect of Ulinastatin in Treatment of Pancreatitis

Purpose: To access the clinical effect of ulinastatin in treatment of pancreatitis. Methods: 68 patients with pancreatitis were randomly devided into two groups. There were 30 cases(23 cases with acute pancreatitis and 7 cases with chronic pancreatitis) in treatment group which were treated with common drugs and ulinastatin introvein drip(200 000 u/d) for 10 days, and 38 cases(29 cases with acute pancreatitis and 9 cases with chronic pancreatitis) in control group were treated with common drugs. Results: In the patients with acute pancreatitis, disappeared rate of abdominal symptoms and signs and recovered rate of serum and urinary amylase in treatment group after application of ulinastatin were earlier than that in control group, the total effective rate in treatment group was markedly superior to control group ( P < 0.05). In the patients with chronic pancreatitis, the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to control group, but there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Ulinastatin has a better effect on acute pancreatitis and may be regarded as one of treatment for acute pancreatitis, the effect of ulinastatin on chronic pancreatitis should have a forther study.
