| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手部深度烧伤早期手术对手功能的恢复的影响。方法回顾性总结了我科近10年来对214例手部深度烧伤进行早期手术切痂植皮治疗,并对其术后疗效进行评价、讨论。结果深Ⅱ度～浅Ⅲ度术后手功能的恢复较满意,而深Ⅲ°术后也为以后手功能重建创造了有利条件。结论积极早期手术治疗手部深度烧伤可有效减少烧伤手的畸形,最大可能恢复手功能。

| Abstract: | objective To explore the effect to the recovery of hand function of patients with deep burns. Methods Review 214 cases with hand deep burns that treated by early skin grafting,and assess the operation effect. Results the recovery of hand function in deepⅡ to light Ⅲ patients after operation .And it also made advantages for deep Ⅲ patients. Conclusion The early operation can decrease the proportion of hand anomaly. |
