摘    要:目的 ]测定复方氢化可的松栓中醋酸氢化可的松的含量 .方法 ]用高效液相色谱法 ,采用KromasilC18柱 ,以甲醇 水 36 0mL/L醋酸 (6 0∶4 0∶1)为流动相 ,流速为 0 8mL/min ,检测波长为 2 4 2nm .结果 ]醋酸氢化可的松在 0 0 3~ 0 15 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9999) ,回收率为99 2 1% ,相对标准偏差为 0 2 4 % .结论 ]高效液相色谱法在测定复方氢化可的松栓中醋酸氢化可的松的含量时灵敏、快速、准确

Abstract:OBJECTIVE?To detect hydrocortisone acetate in compound hydrocortisone suppository.?METHODS?Using high performance liquid chromatography,the Kromasil C 18 column, mobile phaseconsisting of MeOH∶H 20∶360?mL/L glacial acid(60∶40 ∶1 ).The detection wavelength was at 242?nm of detecting wavelength and 0 8?mL/min of flow rate.?RESULTS?The liner range of hydrocortisone was 0 03~0 15?μg( r =0 999?9), and the recovery was 99 21% with a RSD of 0 24%.?CONCLUSION?The method of HPLC is sensitive, rapid and accurate for detecting the hydrocortisone.
