苦碟子注射液治疗中青年急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察苦碟子注射液治疗中青年急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血浆白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的影响。方法将81例中青年急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组43例予苦碟子注射液治疗,对照组38例予曲克芦丁注射液治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d后观察临床疗效,并测定2组治疗前后血浆IL-6及CRP水平。结果 2组治疗后IL-6、CRP均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,且治疗组治疗后IL-6、CRP均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率86.04%,对照组总有效率73.68%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论苦碟子注射液可通过降低IL-6及CRP水平来发挥保护脑组织作用,提高临床疗效。

Effect of Kudiezi injection on plasma C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in middle-aged acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Kudiezi injection on plasma C-reactive protein（CRP） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in patient s with middle-aged acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods 81 middle-aged patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated by Kudiezi injection.The control group was given Venoruton injection.The levels of plasma CRP and IL-6 were determined before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of plasma CRP and plasma IL-6 levels in treatment group and control group were decreased（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The levels of plasma CRP and plasma IL-6 in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group（86.04%） was higher than that in control group（73.68%,P0.05）.Conclusion Kudiezi injection had protective effect on brain tissue by lowering plasma CRP and IL-6 levels,and can improve the total effective rate.
