摘 要: | 目的观察针刺上巨虚穴对肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和电针组,各10只。模型对照组和电针组均采用直肠球囊扩张刺激法,持续刺激15 d制备IBS大鼠模型。电针组隔日1次针刺大鼠双侧上巨虚穴10 d。空白对照组、模型对照组每日陪同电针组抓取、固定,不做任何治疗。各组采用分光光度计比色法检测NO含量和NOS活性。结果模型对照组血清NO、NOS水平均较空白对照组显著升高(P〈0.01),电针组血清NO、NOS水平均较模型对照组有不同程度降低(P〈0.05)。结论针刺上巨虚穴降低IBS大鼠血清NO及NOS水平,可能是针刺调节IBS胃肠运动,进而改善慢性内脏痛敏症状的机制之一。

Influence of acupuncture on Shangjuxu point on the levels of NO and NOS in rats with irritable bowel syndrome model |

Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture on Shangjuxu Point(ST37) on NO and NOS in Rats of Model irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Thirty male SD Rats were divided into three groups:blank control group,model group and electro-acupuncture group.Rats model of IBS in the model group and electro-acupuncture group were established by inner-rectal pouch-dilated irritation experiment for fifteen days.Then rats in electro-acupuncture group were given the electronic acupuncture treatments by acupuncturing Shangjuxu(ST37) on both side of the body one time in two days,which would be lasting for ten days.The levels of NO and NOS in each group were assayed by colorimetry.Results Compared with blank control group,the level of NO and NOS evidently increased in model group(P0.01),and markedly reduced in electro-acupuncture group(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture on Shangjuxu point can reduce the levels of NO and NOS in rats serum.These maybe a key mechanism in regulating gastrointestinal motility and improving chronic visceral hypersensitivity. |
