如何预防和治疗拔T管所致胆漏

目的探讨如何预防和治疗拔T管所致胆漏。方法回顾我院1998年12月至2009年1月间收治胆道手术后常规拔T管所致胆漏13例病例分析。结果 13例胆漏,7例经非手术疗法治愈,6例经再次手术治愈。结论拔T管胆漏重在预防,要重视全身情况的评估,正确安置T管技术,一旦发生胆漏先积极非手术充分引流胆汁,无效者应果断手术治疗。

How to prevent and treat bile leakage caused by pull T tube

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of bile leakage caused by removing T tube.Methods 13 cases with bile leakage was analyed,which was removed T tube after Conventional biliary tract operation in our hospital from December 1998 to January 2009.Results 13 cases of biliary fistula,7 cases of non-surgical treatment cured,6 patients cured after reoperation.Conclusions The bile leakage by removing T tube should be focused on prevention,and be paid attention to the assessment of general condition,the correct placement T tube technology.Bile leakage should be made a positive non-surgical full drainage,invalid should be made decisive surgical treatment.
