| 摘 要： | 目的分析引起绝经后阴道出血的病因及诊断方法。方法对210例绝经后阴道出血者的临床及病理资料进行分析。结果绝经后阴道出血的原因,以良性疾病及功能性子宫出血为主,但年龄越大,绝经时间越长其恶性肿瘤的发病率亦增加。结论早期诊断、早期治疗,必要时定期复查,可防止恶性肿瘤的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the etiology and diagnostic methods of vagina bleeding after menopause.Methods The clinical materials of 210 cases of such patient were analyzed.Results The main reasons were benign disease and functional uterus bleeding.The incidence of malignant tumor might increase with age. |
