乳癖康巴布剂制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选乳癖康巴布荆制备工艺最佳参数。方法通过正交设计试验,以影响膏体成型工艺的甘氨酸铝、酒石酸、药物、炼和温度为考察因素,以巴布剂膏体的剥离强度和内聚力为量化指标,综合感观评分为综合考察指标,优选出最佳制备工艺参数。结果最佳工艺参数为甘氨酸铝:酒石酸:药物之比0.02:0.008:1.6,炼和温度50℃。其中各因素对剥离强度的作用大小依次为甘氨酸铝与酒石酸交互作用、甘氨酸铝(P〈0.01),药物、炼和温度(P〈0.05),酒石酸;对内聚力作用的大小依次为甘氨酸铝、药物、甘氨酸铝与酒石酸交互作用(P〈0.01),炼和温度(P〈0.05),酒石酸。结论采用优化工艺后成型的巴布剂剥离性能优良,内聚力适中,涂展性良好,各项指标均符合外用贴敷要求。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Rupikang Cataplasma. Methods Aluminum glycinate, tartaric acid, drugs and temperature were chosen as the investigating factors, which could affect the shaping of ointment. Stripping intensity and cohesive strength were chosen as quantitative indices. Integrated sensory scores were chosen as overall evaluation. L18(37) orthogonal table was designed to optimize the parameters of preparation technology. Results The optimal ratio of aluminum glycinate, tartaric acid and drug was 0.02:0. 008: 1.6. The optimal temperature was 50℃. The interaction of tartaric acid and aluminum glycinate had the main effect on peeling intensity, and others were aluminum glycinate, drugs, temperature, tartaric acid in order. And the interaction between tartaric acid and aluminum glycinate had P 〈0.01, drugs and temperature had P 〈0.05. Conclusion The optimized technology of cataplasma has better stripping quality, moderate cohesive force and appropriate ductility. The various indices meet the need of external therapy.
