走出拔牙手术同意书的误区

自2002年9月1日起《医疗事故处理条例》正式出台，规定了患者的知情同意权，“拔牙签字”在各大医院已经十分普遍。然而，无论是在医生中还是在患者中，对此都存在不同程度的误解，给拔牙临床工作的开展带来了不少麻烦。作者认为：拔牙手术同意书是医患之间重要的法律文书；充分体现了医学伦理学中尊重原则；拔牙知情同意的实施有助于和谐的“共同参与型”医患关系的建立。对手术同意书与医疗事故归责关系做出阐述，并结合我国知情同意八字原则给知情同意实施中的医生环节上提出了几点建议。

Out of Misinterpret on Informed Consent in Tooth Extraction

After the malpractice management regulation came out formally at September 1st,2002, which had given the patient informed consent right, signing before tooth extraction has become very usual in most hospital. But, there was some extent of misunderstanding in both doctors and patients, which lead to lots of trouble in clinical practice. We thought that, the informed consent of tooth extraction is an important law document between the doctors and the patients, which can reflect the respect principle very well in medical ethics and is also very good for the contribution of co participation doctor-patient relationship. And then, we have analyzed the relationship between informed consent and malpractice imputation, and provided some suggestions when using it.
