摘    要:目的:研究淋巴瘤细胞株及淋巴瘤组织中的端粒酶活性及其在淋巴瘤发生过程中的作用。方法:用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)结合银染,检测3株人淋巴瘤细胞株、27例淋巴瘤和4例淋巴结良性病变的端粒酶活性。结果:3株人淋巴瘤细胞株均有端粒酶活性,其中2例活性较弱,低于淋巴瘤。结论:恶性淋巴瘤中存在端粒酶的活性表达,但有必要采用定位研究来识别具有端粒酶活性的细胞,对端粒酶阳性表达在淋巴组织疾患中的解释需特别慎

Abstract:Purpose:To explore telomerase activity in malignant lymphoma cell lines and tissues, and to investigate its role in the pathogenesis of malignant lymphoma. Methods:Telomerase activity in 3 human lymphoma cell lines, 27 cases of malignant lymphoma and 4 benign lymph nodes was detected by telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) combined with silver staining. Results:All three human lymphoma cell lines expressed telomerase activity. In 27 cases of malignant lymphoma, 26 (96%) expressed telomerase activity. Four benign lymph nodes also showed various degrees of telomerase activity,two of which had levels lower than malignant lymphoma. Conclusions:Our study confirms that telomerase activity does exist in malignant lymphoma. But in situ studies are needed to identify subsets of cells carrying telomerase activity. Care should be taken in the interpretation of telomerase activity in lymphoid diseases.
