菏泽市青年型脑血管病发生率及病因相关因素的临床研究

目的：探讨菏泽市青年型脑血管病发牛率及病因柑关因素。方法：对于菏泽市14岁以上，45岁以下的脑血管病住院患者2000例及年龄相当的健康检查者2000例作为对照，对其发生率及相关因素进行回顾性分析及统计学处理。结果：菏泽市青年型脑血管病发生率16．5%左右，其发病原因与高血压、高血脂等10余项因素有关，并以男性多见。结论：青年型脑血管病发生率的逐渐增高，其发病是一个极复杂的过程，其中高血压、高血脂、口发烟、酗酒、糖尿病、颈动脉硬化斑块、肥胖、房颤、血管炎、脑血管畸形、颅内动脉瘤、同型中胱氨酸增高，都是独立的危险因素，因此血积极早期预防，降低及避免青年型脑血管病的发生。

Clinical Study on Incidence Rate and Pathogeny Relative Fator of Youth Cerebral Blood Vessel Disease in Heze City

Objective：To study the incidence rate and pathogcny relative factors of youth cerebral blood vessel dis ease in Heze city. Methods ：We analysed the incidence rate in retrospect and pathogeny relative fator about 2000 patients with cerebral blood vessel disease in hospitals whose age were above 14 years and below 45 years in nine county of Heze, and Statistics disposal were used. Results：Incidence rate of youth cerebral blood vessel disease in Heze city was about 16.5%. Pathogeny relative factors were related to 10 kinds factors ,such as high blood pressure ,high blood ester and so on,morever incidence was masculine. Conclusions： Youth cerebral blood vessel disease incidence rate gradually grows and whose pathogeny is a complicated danger factor. High blood pressure, high blood ester, smoking, drinking, sugar diabetes, carotid sclerosis ,fatness ,atria quiver, blood vessel inflammation, blood vessel monstrosity ,encephalic aneurism and high homocysteine are absolute danger factors, orderliness of living,morever incidence are masculine. Hence, it should arose the attentions of our clinical doctors and whole society. We should early prevent and avoid the incidence of youth cerebral blood vessel diseases.
